Our Compliance Framework
GlobalCybers LLC is a permanent-placement staffing firm headquartered at 159 N. Sangamon Street, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60607, operating across all 50 U.S. states. The commitments below govern how we recruit, verify, and place professionals.
We recruit and place candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law — and we require the employers we work with to do the same. All placements are based solely on qualifications, credentials, and fit for the role.
We confirm every placed candidate’s right to work in the United States through Form I-9 verification and, where applicable, E-Verify. We never knowingly present or place a candidate who is not authorized to work for the role and location in question.
Where a role requires screening, background and reference checks are conducted with the candidate’s written consent and in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state law, including adverse-action procedures. Screening is proportionate to the role and never used to unlawfully exclude candidates.
We follow applicable fair-chance and “ban-the-box” laws that govern when and how criminal history may be considered, and we assess any record individually against the requirements of the specific role rather than applying blanket exclusions.
GlobalCybers specializes in permanent, full-time, direct-hire placement. Candidates are hired as employees of the hiring employer. Where a contract or contract-to-hire arrangement applies, worker classification (employee vs. independent contractor) is determined lawfully under IRS and Department of Labor guidance and the applicable state test.
We support candidates and employers in meeting their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including reasonable-accommodation requests throughout the recruitment and placement process. Contact us to request an accommodation.
For trade, construction, energy, healthcare, and other regulated roles, we verify state licenses, trade certifications (e.g., OSHA, EPA 608, NCCCO), and work cards directly against the issuing authority before a candidate is presented. Licence and certification requirements vary by state; final verification remains the employer’s responsibility at hire.
Candidate résumés, licences, and personal documents are handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, with TLS encryption in transit, access controls at rest, and defined retention limits. We do not sell personal data.
GlobalCybers never asks candidates to pay a fee, buy equipment, or share banking details to secure a placement. Learn how to spot and report recruitment scams that impersonate us on our Fraud Alert page.
We comply with the staffing, wage-transparency, and employment-agency regulations of the states and municipalities in which we place candidates, and we keep the records those laws require. Our services and this framework are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
