Partner Questions Answered

How much can I earn as a partner?

Standard partners get 3% of the first-year placement fee. Once you send us five or more successful referrals in a year you move to Preferred and earn 6%. If you refer at high volume or integrate your platform, we work out custom Strategic terms with you.

Who can become a partner?

Staffing and recruiting agencies, HR and recruiting technology platforms, trade schools and training providers, industry associations and unions, workforce and apprenticeship programs, and PEO or payroll providers. If your organization already works with employers or candidates, you are a fit.

I am an individual, not a company. Can I still refer someone?

Yes, but through our Refer and Earn program rather than this one. Become a Partner is for organizations setting up a formal, ongoing partnership. One-off individual referrals are handled on the Refer and Earn page.

How and when do I get paid?

Every referral is tracked in your dashboard from the moment you send it through to the hire. Once a placement is confirmed, Standard partners are paid Net-15 and Preferred and Strategic partners are paid Net-7.

Is there a cost to become a partner?

No. Joining and getting set up is free. Partners only ever earn from us, they never pay in.

What happens after I submit my application?

A partner manager reads your application and gets back to you within five business days with your tier, a tracking link, and access to your dashboard.

How is a technology partnership different from an agency partnership?

A technology partner connects their platform to ours, say an ATS or a background-check tool, and passes customers both ways, often with some co-marketing. An agency partner sends us the roles or candidates they can not place themselves and splits the placement.
