Referral Program FAQ

How much can I earn?

$500 for a referred employer who signs RPO, $250 for one who completes an Agency hire, and $200 for a referred candidate who gets placed and clears their 90-day guarantee period.

When do I actually get paid?

Employer referrals pay out once the signed agreement is confirmed. Candidate referrals pay out after the placed candidate clears their 90-day guarantee period.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No. Refer as many employers or candidates as you like, there is no cap on total rewards earned.

Do I need to be a GlobalCybers candidate or client to refer someone?

No. Anyone can refer an employer or a candidate, you do not need to be currently placed or currently hiring through us.
